What are some ways to build strong relationships with your teachers?

I'm hoping for at least 2 strong recommendations from my teachers. I'm a Junior at my high school. What are some ways to build strong relationships with your teachers?
Figure out which teachers you get along with best, talk to them. Communication is key. Tell them about what you need. Teachers enjoy giving recommendations for college, because it shows the teacher you want to do something more with your life, and you are interested in learning.

good luck. What are some ways to build strong relationships with your teachers?
Always do your homework. Ask good questions in class. Show that you actually care about the material.
well u have to be doing good in their class and i would say to participate in class as much as possible, but it also really depends on the teacher themselves. i built a strong relationship with my math teacher in 8th grade cuz i answered A LOT of questions nd it became a habit of her's to always call on me if my hand was raised or not.... buh i also made jokes during class, small jokes and not ';bad'; jokes in which she would take it in the wrong way. but she had a really good sense of humor, she even said sum jokes about kids in the class that seemed like a dis but like i said it really depends on what the teacher is like.
they have always loved me because I was very quiet and always listened to them and always did my homework.
As a teacher, kids who try and answer questions are good, having an unusual name or very common name seems to help as it stick in the brain Stay back and ask something perceptive or to have something explained again as it shows you are thinking independently. Saying thank you after what you think was a good or interesting lesson or have a nice weekend/ evening or saying hello in the corridor all add up on top of working hard, handing in homework and behaving well.

Two weeks in to term and know all the names of the naughty kids and all the polite kids who will speak up but not the quiet ones who are a bit shy.
Be attentive during lectures. Be cooperative and participative to classroom and extra curricular activities. Establish a good relationship with other students. Do your homeworks and strive to be on top of your class.
