What are some reasons that economics influences lying, cheating, and betrayal in relationships and marriage?

Please help, trying to find sources for a paper and some ideas that answer this question that i can write about!What are some reasons that economics influences lying, cheating, and betrayal in relationships and marriage?
All I can think of is ignorant people not taking responsibility for their own actions. They blame it on something else like economics.What are some reasons that economics influences lying, cheating, and betrayal in relationships and marriage?
well to be honest there are none.

all the above are selfish acts simple and plain...the influence is that person not having the courage to be unselfish and true to their commitment(s)

I can't lie, cheat or betray if I say I don't want to be in a relationship and leave that relationship.

If I don't honor up and say I want out then I use excuses and reasons why..such as (economic influences)....when all in all that's just what it is..and excuse....not an actual reason.

';cheaters cheat because they can't play the game fair';
When we are in poor economic times, people don't feel they have enough money to afford two homes, so they postpone divorce. They are miserable, so they cheat instead.

I don't agree with this, but it's a premise. Maybe you can support it??
People are so afraid of failure,that they don't stop and think about what the consequences for their actions will be. We are only human, and we ALL make mistakes. Just be man or woman enough to admit it.
