Relationships exists for biotic (living) parts of an environment with other biotic parts of abiotic (nonliving) parts. Different forms of symbiosis would be:

parasitism: one member benefits from the relationship at the expense of the other.

mutualism: both members of the relationship benefit from one another.

commensalism: one member benefits from the relationship and the other remains unharmed or indifferent. What term can be used to describe the relationships between all the different parts of an ecosystem?
Symbiosis. It means that interactions between life forms allow for the other to live.
