What are the best Banks for business relationships and future loans?

Do you know of any specific banks (especially in Texas) that are known for good relationships with small (and new)businesses. Some big banks force you to have a Very long relationship before giving you a large line of credit. I am trying to avoid these banks. Any ideas or names??
