Why do some people get into relationships easier than others?

I know some people get boyfriend/girlfriend in high school, some in undergraduate school. Im almost done with undergrad and im still single. Why is it so hard for me? Im 20 single male. Speak 3 languages. Going into health profession.Why do some people get into relationships easier than others?

well some people are just good at socializing with others maybe you should try that more. certain people just have it and some people dont
