Every time I write something about my relationships, I find it boring or unrealistic. How do you write long fiction (like, more than a short story) and keep it interesting?How do you get ideas for your stories about relationships?
any relationship that is smooth is going to be boring. Throw in twists, turns, disagreements ect. If all else fails, seperate the characters.

inspiration from your own life helps. if you felt the emotions, then it's easier to translate them onto paper (:
Personal experiences and popular movies. Just be real about it. If you think it would never happen then don't do it.
